Shipping Policy

DHL Shipping Standards (USA/Canada)

Receive your order within 3-4 business days after order is placed, your order must be placed before 12 NOON EST, Monday through Friday. Delivery applies to in-stock items only. Back-ordered items will be shipped standard.

DHL Expedited Shipping (USA/Canada)

Receive your order 2-3 business days if your order is placed before 12 NOON EST, Monday through Friday. Next Day delivery applies to in-stock items. Back-ordered items will be shipped standard.

International Orders (Outside USA/Canada)

Receive your order 5-7 business days if your order is placed before 12 NOON EST, Monday through Friday.  Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes imposed on international orders.

Domestic orders with a total value of $300 and up are automatically delivered. Domestic orders with a total value of $800 and up are also delivered with signature required. Should the receiver make any shipment changes with the carrier directly, the receiver automatically takes full responsibility for the receipt of their package and accepts the possibility of losing insurance coverage.
